🌴 House & Pet Sitter Wanted – Banora Point (Near Coolangatta)

I’m looking for a reliable, caring, and active person or couple to look after my home and two much-loved schnoodles while I’m away.

🏡 About the Home:
A cozy one-bedroom duplex with ocean views, located in Banora Point, just a 10-minute drive to Coolangatta, Fingal, and Kingscliff beaches. It’s a peaceful tropical oasis with a lush garden that needs some light watering and care.

🐾 About the Dogs:
Meet Hugo and Tino — two friendly, well-behaved schnoodles (non-shedding!) who adore company. They love their walks (ideally twice a day), beach and water adventures, and playing fetch with sticks and balls. They’re very chilled and affectionate — expect plenty of cuddles, as they’re used to sleeping on the bed and couch!

🌺 What I’m Looking For:
Someone (or a couple) who is:

Active and enjoys daily walks

Responsible and trustworthy

A genuine dog lover
would suit a digital nomad or someone who works remote.

Happy to keep the garden watered and the house tidy and pick up after the dogs. Must be happy to have dogs sleep on beds and couch and have access to the house 24/7.
Take dogs on walks to a variety of places and wash the dogs after beach visits is a must. I will provide the washing vouchure for the local petbarn wash.

This is the perfect spot for anyone who loves coastal living, tropical gardens, and sweet, easygoing dogs.
