Comfortable large home on the outskirts of Wodonga, in the beautiful North East of Victoria. Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms available. Use of all amenities including sparkling mineral pool.
The garden is on an automatic watering system. Pool filtration also automatic so nothing to do. Just water a few pot plants.
We have two very friendly doggos who don’t require walking as they run around the 4000m2 block providing supervision from the fence line and greeting passers by. Just keep them fed and they love a pat and a conversation.
Albury/Wodonga has an abundance of activities and is a short drive from the Hume Weir, the Rutherglen wine region, the historic towns of Yackandandah and Beechworth, and the picturesque township of Bright.
