Move into a modern, clean granny flat on 50acres. 15minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to town.
Feeding animals and watering plants is all that's needed. 3 horses (one on medication), an outside Maremma dog and her 6 chooks.
Needs to be a considerate person due to landlords living right next door for half of the time.
Horse experience preferred. References needed. No drugs. No parties.
