About this house sitting position in Bassendean

We have a fully renovated federation character cottage with garden and outdoor entertaining area.
The house is located 250m from Coles and a small shopping centre. Train station is a 10 minute walk, with trains to Perth CBD taking 16 min. It's close to beautiful river walks and historic Guildford is also walking distance away. Swan valley wine region is approx 20 min drive. We are around the corner from The Last Crumb Bakery and Berties Wine Bar, both recently award winning as best bakery and best small bar.
Our dog is a 5 year old mixed breed hound, we have had her for one year from a rescue shelter. She needs a daily walk and is good on lead. She's very affectionate and relaxed once she gets to know you. She can be a bit timid initially, especially with males.

“A very special sit in the beautiful area of Bassendean. Louise & Rod were easy to communicate with & their home was simply gorgeous, very homely. The star of the show though was their beautiful dog, Rudy, what a charmer he was. We connected with Rudy instantly & absolutely loved his company, our walks & yes he will certainly let you know if you forget his dental stick in the evening…you only forget once lol Thank you Louise & Rod for allowing us to come into your home to watch over Rudy & enjoy the many things to do in your amazing village. Mick & I hope we are able to have another opportunity to sit for you some other time ?”
