About this house sitting position in BATEAU BAY
Single level 4 bdrm/2 bthrm home in quiet street. 15 minutes walk to Bateau Bay beach. Aircon/ ceiling fans. Some garden maintenance (mowing, tending vege garden, watering) nice outdoor covered area. One medium sized ,very affectionate golden poodle (Jazz) to look after. Mostly an inside girl - 13yrs old but in good health apart from being deaf. Good internet reception. 5 minutes to Bay Village shopping centre, 15-20 minutes to Erina Fair/Tuggerah shopping centres. About 1 hour to either Sydney or Newcastle. 5 minute drive to Shelly Beach golf club.
