About this house sitting position in Bathurst

We have a comfortable home located not far from the highway. The house is ducted with heating in all rooms and we have a glass enclosed sunroom. We are 20mins walk from the CBD of Bathurst with a convenience store and medical centre 10 mins away.We have a carport and large yard for motorhome etc. there is no gardening to do.we have two indoor cavoodles who are gentle,

sunroom on one side of the house.
