Property backs onto forest. Very quiet living with heaps of nature.
10k to Village shops etc.
Just requite a presence and attention to small garden shrubs and trees. Some weekly hand watering. Advantage if can operate a whipper snipper and zero turn mower for basic trim n mow.
Full use and comfort of facilities for a single housesitter available.
