About this house sitting position in Bayswater

A Small 3 bed, one bath unit, overlooking a park and lake in a quiet nook. A 7-minute walk from the train station to the city /airport, 7km from the CBD. Approx 2 km from convivences of Bayswater and Maylands. I have a beautiful 16yr cat called Jazi and 2 goldfish in a pond. Jazi is shy but does require company as she was a rescue. I need someone provide company, a minimum of a couple of hours each day, once comfortable she will interact and have a chat, if you lucky a brush and cuddle. Clean up after the queen, (she always needs clean trays, or she will leave a random surprise). Not be offered by hair balls, you may get one, and generally, feed water. The fish will need feeding alternate days and possible filter change/ clean on the pump. The house small, clean and tidy. Garden is small, but apart from the fish care, no action required. There is a parking space outside in front of the property, sorry the garage will be in use. Any questions or further info please feel free to contact me.
