Comfortable standard home on roughly 425sq metres. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has an on suite. Open kitchen and living area. Close to City and public bus transport. Has driveway parking. Key requirements:
(1) Care of two friendly dogs (a) a 12 yo labradoodle and (b) a 19 month old Standard Poodle. Both are people friendly, house trained and love a walk.
(2) watering of pot plants and normal care of home.
