About this house sitting position in BEECHER

Our house is located on a hectare of land approximately 5km outside of Gladstone. The house is 25 year 4 bedroom single level old open plan brick home with tiles throughout and carpets in the bedrooms. There is a modest kitchen. A 6m x 6m carport space is available for carparking. Sitters are welcome to any food in the fridge/freezer, pantry and fresh eggs from the chickens. Plenty of easy drive through open space for a caravan There is a large back patio and a small bar-b-que. The property has a dam and is frequented by many birds. Passwords will be provided to allow access to internet and streaming services.
There is plenty of room for a caravan if sitters prefer to use their own caravan rather than the house.
We have a 13 year old cattle dog, Bluey, who gets a bit lonely when we are away. He sleeps in a compound and during the day likes to be out in the yard or in the house when carers are home . We would ask that the pot plants and garden beds are watered but don't expect any mowing to be done, we will mow before we leave and catch up when we return. The chickens live in a mobile pen and are let out to free roam during the day with them returning to the pen in the afternoon and secured by carers before sundown.
