17 acre hobby farm. Main house is 5 bedroom. WIFI, pool(does not require any significant maintenance), 1 cow 1 horse 6 cats 20chickens and an orchard /garden
Watering of garden required in hot weather.
Heated pool ,spa and tennis court.
Plenty of room for a caravan with outdoor kitchen and bathroom.
Also a granny flat available next to main house if you prefer- modern clean furnished with heating etc.

“Loved looking after Toni and Owen’s small farm in Griffiths, NSW. The home was extremely comfortable and the pool was a real God sent through the hot summer months of late December through January. Fortunate to be there when all the fruit ripened and the cattle, horse, chickens, fish and pet lizard were no problem at all. Would love to go back there again one day!”
