Beautiful 8 year old Golden Retriever is named Shelby, who gives lots of love. Several pots that need watering.

Would prefer an older married couple if possible.

It is a contemporary home which is spacious and light-filled with 3 bedrooms. Living in leafy Belair in the Adelaide Hills, it is 5 km ‘up the hill’ from the suburbs ‘on the flat’. The city is a 20 minutes drive in non-peak hour.

Walking distance from the home there is a cafe, takeaway, 2restaurants, BP service station, 2 doctors surgeries, and in the small group of shops is a bakery, chemist and Post Office.

There is a wide verandah the width of the house, looking out onto the private enclosed garden. Tall gum trees overlook the yard from a small reserve opposite. Relaxing on the verandah is a favourite pastime, enjoying the outlook and listening to the waterwall. Sunsets through the trees are a delight.

The very extensive Belair National Park is a 5 minute drive away. From there are many beautiful drives into the scenic upper hills and country villages.

A bus stop is out the front of the home, and train a 7 minute walk along a beautiful road lined with English trees. The cinema is a 5 minute drive ‘down the hill’. The beach is a 20 minute drive away. Folk guitar, and lovely little grand piano if you’re a tinkler. Read more...
