About this house sitting position in Belconnen

I would like someone to stay at my unit and look after my beautiful Miniture Poodle, Hugo. He is 5 years old, very calm, a little shy in new situations, and a very well-behaved boy.

We live in Belconnen town centre (North Canberra). There is a Woolies across the road and a Westfield about 700 mtrs away. Macca's is below the building and other fast food and restaurants are within a few minutes walk.

My car space will not be available but there is plenty of car parking at McDonald's however it is time limited during the day. There is a bus stop at the front door. There are lots of choices for buses and places to go.

We live on the 10th floor of a 26 level building, in a modern one bedroom unit.
There are 3 lifts and there is a great indoor swimming pool on the top level you can use. Or across the road is CISAC which has a gym and pool.

The large Lake Ginninderra is at the end of the block and there are many options for walks. Hugo loves a walk everyday for 30 minutes to an hour.

I take Hugo out for his toileting first thing in the morning, mid-afternoon and before bed. He will use his pee pad on the balcony but he tends to hold on for 10 hrs or so.
I would prefer someone who will be home more often than not, however he is not anxious about being left alone so you can get out and about.
