two-bedroom weatherboard house on one level with one bathroom and a large garden/ parts of which need to be watered
There is also a very good view of the Derwent River and Mount Wellington. We have house-plants that need to be watered. We would also like the mail collected.

Such a glorions short walk to the beach...we had a lot of fun. It was nice of you to share your passion for reading, for the piano we enjoyed playing and for classical music and arts. It was all delightful.
