3 BR weather board house, two toilets, one spa, one shower. Kitchen living area has underfloor heating, second lounge has wood heater and wall panel heater. View 180 degree view of Derwent River, Kunanyi / Mt Wellington & Hobart Town. Fully fenced yard. Bush behind, very private.
We have Trixie 12YO Portugese Water dog. She likes one good walk a day. Bellerive & Howrah Beaches are 4 blocks down the hill; Waverley Flora and Fauna Park is just behind us.
