About this house sitting position in BELLI PARK

We are looking for caring reliable house sitters to look after 2 low maintenance dogs and two well handled friendly horses in the Noosa Hinterland. We have a large home in a quite environment with polished floors a pool table, ceiling fans, swimming pool and a nice outside entertaining area. We have a 46 acre property that is fairly flat selectively cleared at the front and the back of the property is natural bush with walking tracks. We are a half hour from Noosa. You will have use of two bedrooms, one bathroom the lounge room, kitchen and entertaining area, laundry, pool table and swimming pool. The swimming pool maintence will involve emptying the skimmer box every few days. The pool will be professionally checked once a month. Our two dogs would need to be fed breakfast and dinner every day. One of the dogs has special dietary requirements and we will provide fresh cooked frozen food for them for the time we are gone. The dogs will need to be wormed monthly. The two horses would need fed and checked every morning. The farrier will come once a month to trim their feet. We are located about 10 minutes from Cooroy and about a half an hour from Noosa, Nambour, Gympie and Maroochydore.
The main duties include
-feed the two dogs morning and night
-feed the horses in the morning
-worm the dogs once a month
-get the horses ready for the farrier once a month
-lots of cuddles for the puppies and pats for the horses
-mowing around the house
- garden maintence
-pool maintence
-sending photos of the babies to mum
