This listing will suit someone who likes the peace and quiet of the country with town convenience 10 minutes away. We have two affectionate dogs and 3 horses that need foster parents for four months. There will be two bedrooms available for use, a large lounge and kitchen area and one bathroom. The home has polished floors a pool table, ceiling fans, a swimming pool and a nice outside entertaining area. There is five acres around the home that may require mowing and a few garden beds to weed. We have a 46 acre property that is fairly flat selectively cleared at the front 20 acres and the back of the property is natural bush with many riding tracks through the bush. There is lots of natural wildlife and we are a half hour from Noosa. The dogs are fed breakfast and dinner every day. We will provide a few months worth of dog food for you in the freezer for them before we leave. If you will run out of food for them you may need to cook up chicken and vegies for them at our expense. You will also need to cook up rice for them a few times a week. The dogs will need to be wormed monthly. The three horses need to be checked and fed daily. I can arrange to have horse food delivered to the property. The farrier will come once a month to trim their feet. We are located about 10 minutes from Cooroy and about a half an hour from Noosa, Nambour, Gympie and Maroochydore. Read more...
