Modern home, 3 bed, 2.5 bathrooms, office, 2 living spaces and open plan kitchen, and of course laundry and washroom😊
Blessed with heaps of natural lighting, the home is bright and welcoming!
2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to town centre (Bellingen). Less than 10 minute drive to pristine fresh water swimming holes part of the gorgeous Never Never River. 15 minute drive to amazing beaches, closest being Urunga and its beautiful boardwalk.
The house faces the incredible Dorrigo National Park (25 minute drive) and Gleniffer. Front and centre of the view is the ancient mountain named Old Man Sleeping.
Watching the sunsets, cloud formations and thunderstorms roll over the mountains will leave you speechless.
Gardens - Ideally some weeding and mowing would be required, to keep the home and garden beautiful and maintained.
Pets - Our lovely and adoring 2 year old desexed Golden Retriever named Sandy would be your cheerful companion during your sit. She is very gentle and loves to swim and go on walks!
Chickens - We have 11 chooks (no roosters) that provide fresh and delicious eggs daily, and will need to be fed once a day 🐓.
