About this house sitting position in Bellmere

We have a 4 bedroom (1 is an office) low-set house in a quiet suburb in Brisbane’s far north. We are about 40 mins to the Sunshine Coast and about 30 minutes to Bribie Island. We have had very positive experiences with our housesitters on this site and look forward to welcoming someone to our home. We only ask that the plants all around the yard be watered (depending on the temperature) once a week or so to keep them alive. But if you enjoy gardening, there is plenty here to play with.
We have Internet, Stan, Netflix and the basic and drama package for Foxtel and a great TV.
We have a 10 and 15 year-old Labradors and an indoor cat who are all very easy to look after. They have no medical issues at the time of advertising. The dogs are happy if they get a trip to the dog park (a short drive away) or a 1.5 - 2k walk. They are a little spoiled and one doesn’t mind curling up next to you on the couch. One also likes to sleep on the bed occasionally but if you prefer to sleep alone, he knows what the door means!! They will never say no to a trip to the beach if you are so inclined and they are great off leash and with other dogs. As our pets are very much our family, we prefer people who would like to share their company inside the house. The older lady doesn't like to be outside for long a will bark for you to let her in! Our cat is a 2.5 year old Tabby. He will not cuddle you but likes to hang around the space you are in and can be quite entertaining!
We have a slab and caravan port if you are on the road.
