2 storey brick home with 4 bedrooms upstairs n 2 bathrooms n 1 living area 2 toilets.Downstairs open plan kitchen formal dining room 1 formal lounge n another lounge area plus toilet.Large undercover entertainment area plus large concrete pool which will need maintaining my block backs into a parkland so nice n private.2 Car garage but my car would be stowed there while I'm away but room for 1 vehicle plus on driveway have one 8 mths old ragdoll cross kitten which needs caring for I need someone with pool care knowledge also.I'm 25 minutes to Bribie Island n walk to shops or 5 min drive to major shopping centres.
