About this house sitting position in BELMONT NORTH

We are looking for someone to house sit and watch our 2 mini Schnauzers. We would love someone who is home often as they love company. We are after a dog lover who is confident looking after pets. We also have an assortment of indoor plants that need looking after just watering once a week or twice if very hot. And outdoor gardens that will need watering every few days if the weather is hot. We are after someone who will send us frequent updates and photos of our dogs and contact us if they have any concerns or our family who are local and in the same suburb if needed.

Our house is a large split level home. It is about 50% renovated so a mix of fresh and 80s outdated. We have a theatre room with a projector, another seperate loungeroom with Tv, A modern kitchen and adjoining dining room. 3 bedrooms, 2 outdated but functional bathrooms, 3 toilets, a laundry with dryer and a sunroom. We back onto bushland reserve in a quiet neighbourhood. We have a lovely upstairs deck that looks over the bush. We get a lot of wildlife. Lots of beautiful birds, water dragons and frustratingly possums. We are 10 mins from Redhead beach and 10 miniutes from Crowdace bay (lake Mac) We have a Coles, Woolworths and Aldi all within 5 minutes and a local shoppong centre with some stores, takeaway,cafes. We have offsteet parking.

We are wanting someone from 1 to 3 weeks. Depending on avaliability as we understand its Christmas time.

Ideally we are after someone local, who is willing to spend time at our house and with our dogs getting to know them and the house before xmas time. We are happy to pay for weekly dog walks or play dates at 40hr to get to know them.

We will turn all internal and external cameras off when we leave and they have covers so you can be ensured they arent on. Read more...
