About this house sitting position in Benowa

My home is a 3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse in a 48 unit complex, Surfers Palms Plaza in Benowa. The complex has a swimming pool, tennis court and barbeque area. My place has a:
*small, bricked back yard with picnic table
* 2 balconies off the 2 large bedrooms upstairs facing into the complex with a view to Surfers Paradise
* 2 carports either side of front door, no grass, with small garden
* Security screens on all sliders and front door
* Fans In bedrooms, living room and Garden room

You can walk (5 -10 minutes) to public transport, supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, restaurants, Benowa tavern, Spotlight Theatre (little theatre), AFL, Bowls and bridge club, and botanical gardens.

Surfers Paradise, Main Beach and Broadbeach are a 10-15 minute drive away.

I have an elderly cat, Mr Kitty who likes the quiet life and being brushed.
