About this house sitting position in Bentleigh

Homely large 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with medium sized courtyard in Bentleigh. Street parking available, 2 minute walk to the closest bus stop and 5 minute walk to Moorabin train station. Under a 5 minute drive to Brighton beach and Southland shopping centre.

We have an almost six year old rescue cattle dog/ staffy/ boxer/ terrier cross - Paxon, he’s very friendly and enjoys being in the company of humans.
Pax will need a 45 minute walk each day or alternatively an off- lead run in the dog park. He has slight skin pigmentation which means he needs to avoid exposure to sunlight between 10am - 3pm. Our courtyard is connected to the home via a doggie door so he helps himself out when he needs to.

Our home is fully equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including heating, comfortable lounge room, beds, dining area, outdoor living space and and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with appliances.

The sit would suit somebody who works from home, or part- time as Pax is not used to spending consecutive long days on his own. We would appreciate someone who is willing to maintain our home, water our indoor/ outdoor plants, take the garbage out and vaccum as needed. The main requirement is to care for Pax and the security of our home.
