About this house sitting position in Bertram

Currently working fifo on a 8/6 roster. As such I'm requiring a house sitter to care for my home, cat, and many indoor and outdoor plants whilst I'm away.

First and foremost my home is my sanctuary. It's very important that my house is actually taken care of in my absence and not used as a halfway house for friends and family to visit / also stay at.

I'm a non smoker, nor am I a drinker, looking for someone with the same values as me as I'm really not interested in having someone care for my house that's going to throw parties or have people over.

My cat (momo) is not a pet but a family member, I need someone that will care and pay attention to her not just throw food at her a few times a day. She is a very very affectionate girl and loves a cuddle and a pat. She's an older girl (10+ years) so is far beyond the playful kitten stage. She'd rather have a nap with you on the couch.


As I have loads of plants (indoor and outdoor) and multiple garden beds it's important that my housesitter has a basic knowledge of plants and what's required, how often to water etc.

The garden beds and lawns have automatic retic but if you can assist with the upkeep of the garden beds that is a huge bonus.


The house itself is a cosy home tucked away on a quiet street across from a park. There's also walking trails in the area.
Walking distance to shops and public transport.

I have many keepsakes in the home so it's incredibly important the house is left secure if it's empty.

There is only one bedroom / double bed available for use.
