4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, dining, family & separate lounge.
Very neat & tidy. Large swimming pool & outdoor entertaining area. BBQ. Lawns and garden fully reticulated. Close to public transport and 5 minutes from Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch Uni. 20 minutes to the ocean. Our requirements are pretty simple really, keep the house tidy and look after the pool. Keep the water up to the few pot plants (5).
