Modern 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom house set in 33 acres of Natural bush adjoining Torndirrup National Park. On a high ridge with amazing views of the South coast, harbour, Albany City and region plus the Porongurups and the Stirling Ranges. Just 15-minute drive into the Albany CBD which has all amenities and services.
Pet sitting: 7yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback "Riva" and 6yr old Whippet "Tigger". Both very friendly and love walks in our property, beach etc
Cottage on property is leased out and the tennants are wonderful and helpful if sitter has any queries about the property.
