Hi there

Our place is in Sydney’s inner west suburb of Balmain.
Easy to get to with bus and ferries and a just a few minutes down the road.

Balmain is a lovely village feel area with lots of pubs and little restaurants to choose from.

Our house is a 2 bedroom brick terrace with street parking (not ticketed).

The house has aircon in each bedroom and downstairs in the lounge room.
It has gas heating as well as a fire place.

The house has 2 balconies front and back to enjoy a morning breakfast or an afternoon drink in the sun.
Lovely balinese style backyard to hang out in and put a hammock up for those lazy afternoons.

The latest addition is a swim spa. The spa/ pool runs its self and requires litle to no maintenance. Plus its heated :-).

Its a stone throw from Mort Bay and Ballast Point parks.

We have 2 cats ( Boots and Flynn) who will always hang around the house.
They are very easy to look after.
Boots the older cat has recently been diagnosed with diabities and requires an injection of insuling after his food twice a day (morning and evening).
It's very easy as the dosage is on the injection pen and we just inject him whilst he is eating.
