Large single story home with large outdoor patio and pool. Quite area of a good suburb ten minutes from the bay. There are shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance and clubs, pubs and larger shopping centres all within a short drive.
There are three pets that require sitting, a Burmese cat, a miniature schnauzer and an American staffy. The cat requires little more then food morning and night and the dogs are fed morning and night also but like a daily half hour to a hour walk. There are a few pot plants and a small veggie garden that need watering every two to three days and the yard requires mowing as necessary
