About this house sitting position in Birkdale

We are looking for a reliable and caring house sitter to stay in our home and take care of our two beloved dogs while we are away. One is a German Shepherd, and the other is a Dachshund (sausage dog). They are both friendly, well-behaved, and enjoy spending time with people.

In addition to looking after our dogs, we would appreciate your help with watering our indoor plants and the potted plants outside.

Our home is spacious, bright, clean, and very comfortable. It offers:
• Three bedrooms (please note, one of them is used for our home business — beauty salon)
• Two bathrooms and two toilets
• Air-conditioning
• High-speed internet
• A large living area
• A beautiful garden with a lovely outdoor area for relaxing
• A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a coffee machine
• Washing machine and dryer for your convenience
• Off-street parking, plus street parking available if you have a caravan

We are located in a popular tourist area near Wellington Point, well known for its variety of restaurants and pubs. Nearby Cleveland also offers plenty of dining spots with beautiful bay views. Beaches, water access, and walking trails are all within easy reach.

We take pride in maintaining a comfortable and well-kept home, so we are looking for someone who is:
• Clean, tidy, and respectful
• Responsible and attentive to the dogs’ needs
• Able to regularly change their water, refill their automatic feeders, and make sure everything is working properly and securely closed
• Happy to spend time with the dogs; walking them is optional but appreciated

Please note:
• No parties in the house
• We cannot accept sitters with their own pets, as our dogs are not comfortable with other animals
• The dogs are not allowed inside the house; they are outdoor dogs only.
