About this house sitting position in BIRTINYA

We reside in a new large penthouse on the 8th floor with a large veranda facing north, over looking the ocean and Lake Kawana. Our apartment is surrounded by walking/riding paths, multiple parks and a large lake. Our complex has a pool and gym. We have a separate media room. Guest bedroom has a walk-in robe and king size bed. Birtinya shopping centre is a 10 min walk and Bokarina Beach is a 15min walk or 5 min drive. We are close to the beach, shopping centres, cinema, amenities and restaurants. We are looking for a trusted retired energetic couple that can walk our beautiful trained, well behaved Cavoodle daily and water our pot plants. We would prefer someone living in South East Qld, as we would like to offer the right couple housesits for short periods thru the year also. (2 nights to 3 weeks). Genuine dog lovers only who are committed to spending time with our fur baby please. References are required.
