About this house sitting position in Blackheath

Hi ! We are a married couple, we live in a country cottage in Blackheath, located in the beautiful Blue Mountains on the edge of the National Park.
We are looking for a reliable person or couple (non smoker) to house sit, water garden, take out bins, collect mail and genuinely willing and able to look after our 2 dogs and 6 chickens.
Our house is single story, only a few steps up to the covered back deck. It has 4 bedrooms, currently one room is being renovated, one is a study, another is a storage room and the main bedroom is comfortable with a king size bed. Bathroom, laundry with extra toilet, open plan cozy lounge, dining room and kitchen with views out the back. We have a wood fire place, gas fire place, air conditioning and fans. Our property is on 4 acres and although we look isolated we are very close to the centre of Blackheath's quaint village where you can get your essentials and meet the friendly locals.
There is much to do and see in the Blue Mountains; walking, hiking, bike riding, golf, antique shops, great cafes and restaurants with wonderful views. If you're a wildlife lover or bird watcher it's the place to be, even in our own backyard you can expect to see some kangaroos. If you're a garden lover there are some inspiring cool climate gardens to check out. Katoomba is the closest larger town about 15 mins drive. All villages are accessible by train and Sydney is a 2 hour train ride.
We have two very friendly dogs, little Ziggy (she is a cavoodle , 2 years old) and faithful Floki (he is a bordoodle, 9 years old). They both love people and other dogs, love going for walks, playing in the backyard with balls and going to cafes!!! They do need stimulation and exercise everyday, although you cannot take them on walks in the National parks, there are dog friendly parks etc. As well as feeding the dogs we also have 6 chickens, these are fairly easy to look after. We like to have them free range but they also have a large coop and enclosure to stay in. I will explain all the necessary details of looking after the dogs and chickens.
We hope you will respect our home treating it as your own while relaxing and enjoying your stay. A dog lover or some experience with dogs would be helpful.
