About this house sitting position in Blackmans Bay

I have a three bed roomed home on two levels in a quiet culdesac with a fenced front and back garden and an amazing view down the River Derwent to the open sea. My property is 5 minutes drive from two beaches, and close to lots of bush walking trails. Shopping centres, restaurants and cafes are nearby, and sporting amenities include a golf course, croquet club, sports centre and swimming pool. Hobart city is an easy 15 minute drive north. I have a super friendly spoodle who likes to be walked twice a day and is not used to being left for more than 4 or 5 hours at a time. She is an inside dog and loves playing and getting lots of attention. I would love to leave my house in the care of a retired single person or couple who love dogs. If they are also happy to do a little gardening, that would be an added bonus!
My car is available for use while I am away.
April is my favourite month of the year in Tasmania. You can enjoy it in my absence!
