About this house sitting position in Blackmans Bay

Hi there,
We have a lovely home, ground level, but with stairs at front door, and side of house into garden. Back area from car is flat and easily accessible .
We have 2 ginger kitties - a girl (3yrs) and a boy (18 months). They adore each other.
We have a very cat friendly home with a Catio in the front garden, access via cat flap in bedroom window, and a smaller one in the back garden, access via cat flap in kitchen. Wall stairs inside to a safe area high up, plus lots of other high safe places for them. The back garden is fenced in with netting to prevent curious escapes or intruders. We have a lovely sea view - great for calmness.
We are close to the beach, plus being Tasmania there are many walking areas available. The neighbourhood is quiet and we have lovely neighbours. We live in a cul-de-sac so now through traffic. There are bus stops close by with regular busses to Kingston or Hobart.
We have most mod cons for homes e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum, TV with Netflix, Prime and Stan. A quick internet. We have a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom - only shower no bath. The garden irrigation is on timers with a few areas that need hand watering, hosepipes near by and easy to use.
Security gate on front door and security cameras around outside of house for peace of mind.

We have never had a cat/house sitter before so are new to this and obviously nervous of having a total stranger in our home and with our babies.
