Our two bedroom apartment (set up as one bedroom with Queen size bed and one office) is 20 minutes by car south of Hobart. It faces north so lots of sun and has extensive views over the river and mountain. Walking distance to the beach.
Smudge, our cat, rules the house.

“John and Sally are wonderful people and there home has the best views that change daily.
Really comfortable home close to everything.
Smudge the cat is the easiest pet you can look after (I learnt she's the boss ) would sit on Julie's lap but insisted I feed her.
You couldn't ask for a better house sit.

The instructions to care for their home and Smudge were easy to follow, and the kind gestures were much appreciated. The fresh milk and bread on arrival were very much appreciated after a long flight and the need to enjoy a cup of tea was very welcoming.
