About this house sitting position in Blackwood

We have a home in 3 bedroom home in Blackwood with a beautiful garden.

We are looking for a live-in pet/ house sitter.

We have two cocker spaniels, Bessie (black) and Leo (gold). They are velcro dogs, and you need to understand that as cocker spaniels, they love being close. If you do not like this, please do not apply. They will sit with you on the couch and sleep on the end of the bed. They don’t need much exercise, but they love attention and affection.

We have 3 Devon Rex. Dexter (grey and white) and two kittens, Hershey (red) and Cocoa (seal point). They love attention as well. They are indoor-only cats and do not go outside. Hershey will try and escape at times, so you need to be vigilant about doors.

We have a main house and a granny flat—a large block with a large garden. The block is flat, in Blackwood and within walking distance to shops, cafes and public transport. There are room for cars or a caravan.

You can stay in the granny flat with the dogs (and a doggy door). The cats can remain in the main house, and you can visit them daily.

The chicken and bunnies are low maintenance don’t need daily care and they are in fox proof enclosures with self feeders.

No gardening is required; we have a gardener, and an exit clean will be arranged when you depart and we arrive to save you time.
