About this house sitting position in Blaxland

Low maintenance cat, dog and bearded dragon.

Double bed available and a second loft bed (suitable for an adult) if 2 friends want to take the job.

A couple and an older child, or a single and an older child would be fine. (10+)

Plenty of parking for vans etc

Have a small home gym that can be used with light weights, mirrors or a dance space.

Electric piano for musos. Monkey bars outside for the acrobats.

1.5km or 20 minute walk to the train station, local shops and cafes. Bus from the front door. Short walk to the public pool. A few Blue Mountains walks from the home or even more with a short drive.

No plants or yard work required at all.

Lizard doesn’t need any special skills/experience - he may even be brumating (lizard hibernation).. but if he's awake you'll need to be comfortable giving him some live bugs a couple of times while you're here.

Dog - gorgeous 2.5 year old Tibetan Spaniel with low exercise needs. She takes medication (pills) 1-3 times a day and needs someone confident giving a very small, tricksy dog pills (she will spit them out).

UNLIKELY TO HAPPEN but if she has a flare up (vomiting), she'll need vet care so you'll need a vehicle. Flare ups are infrequent and unlikely if she's at home, however I would prefer someone that is able to be in the home most of the time with her (not leaving for > 6 hours, just in case.
