About this house sitting position in BLEWITT SPRINGS
Single level farmhouse-style 2 bedroom house (main with ensuite) with large strawbale open area at back containing lounge/dining/kitchen. Situated on 4 acres just minutes from McLaren Vale, in the midst of vines, gum trees, and rolling hills.
Winter in this part of the country is beautiful and mild, though our fireplace can provide cozy warmth on chillier days. We have garden and potted plants that need watering, especially if winter rain is sparse. There are a few chickens to tend, and an active young Border Collie (10 mos old by mid-July) female to take for walks, feed, and be a companion to.
Local attractions include beautiful scenery, country quiet, a multitude of wineries & restaurants in this local McLaren Vale area, close to the ocean on Spencer Gulf, and only a 45-60 minute drive into Adelaide city centre.
