Thank you for looking at our cottage. Boambee is about 10 mins away from Sawtell and 12 mins to central Coffs Harbour. The closest beach is a 7 min drive and the closest shopping centre is about 6 mins.

We live in Middle Boambee on a large block of land. There is plenty of bird life and a large variety of birds visit us every day, some that we hand feed. We live in a cottage that is 2 beds and one bathroom. It also has a kitchen/dining/lounge room. It's small but clean and cosy. The cottage verandah is to die for as it overlooks a pond and the gardens.

Added bonus is a an large flat undercover concrete pad for a caravan with access to water and electricity.

We have two dogs ( a 6 yo Brussells Griffon and an 6 month old Affenpinscher pup) and a 12 yo Chocolate Burmese, all that will need looking after plus there will be some watering of plants (but not many). The dogs sleep on our bed, so you would have to be fine with that.

Our place has a very peaceful and relaxing vibe, so if you are looking for somewhere to have down time, without being isolated from every day living, then our cottage would be perfect for you. Read more...
