About this house sitting position in Bokarina

We are a retired couple planning to visit old friends in France for 3 weeks from 11 July to 2nd August. Ours is a modern (6 year old) home, 300 m from the beach, at the 'new' Bokarina Beach estate. It is a free-standing 4 bedroom home with a discreet guest bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor. It is home to us and our 4 year-old ragdoll cat, Claude. Just a stroll from our door are modern cafés and restaurants. Claude likes to have someone around most of the time but is fine to be left on his own during the day. We want someone, principally to look after Claude, during our absence : he has not been without us for more than 2 or 3 days in his life! He's spoilt like most pets are.
