It's a private entrance ground floor garden courtyard modern clean apartment, only 8 mins walk from the centre of Bondi beach.
It is immaculately furnished with 2 bedrooms and a large modern clean bathroom. I have air conditioning, an outdoor shower flr beach lovers and and a sunny leafy outdoor area for relaxing.
Bus stop meters from the house, famous Bondi beach a 10 mins walk, close to Bondi Westfield a 5 minute drive away. Street parking only.
I have a beautiful mini groodle who is 15 months old and house trained named Harvey. He is a snuggle bug who loves affection, sleeping and going for walk or the dog park where he can run around as he adores other dogs! He is easy to care for and a pleasure to be around!!
