I have a beautiful modern immaculately furnished 2 bedroom apartment with its own private entrance on the ground floor mins to Bondi beach. The apartment offers a leafy stunning garden courtyard which is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing.

I have only been living here for a few months so all furniture is brand new and the bathroom is large modern and clean. I have air conditioning, an outdoor shower for beach lovers!

Bus stop is only meters from the house, famous Bondi beach a 10 mins walk and close to Bondi Westfield which is a 5 minute drive away. So the location is perfect for exploring Bondi and beyond. Street parking only.

I have a beautiful mini groodle who is 16 months old and house trained named Harvey. He is a snuggle bug who loves affection, sleeping and going for long walk or the dog park (Barracluf Park which is less than 10 mins by foot where he can run around as he adores other dogs! It's a wonderful dog community down there and I take him daily for his big runs. He is easy to care for, very sweet by nature and a pleasure to be around!!
