I have a beautiful modern and immaculately furnished 2 bedroom apartment with its own private entrance in a perfect location in Bondi beach. The apartment offers a lush green, stunning garden courtyard which is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing under the towering bamboo trees. It offers its own exclusive entrance off the street for maximum privacy and is one of only 3 apartments in the boutique block.

All my furniture is brand new and I'm very house proud so keep it in an immaculate condition. I have air conditioning / central heating which works an absolute treat for the colder months so you can keep toasty inside!

There is a bus stop meters from the house with quick easy access to Bondi Junction and the city and .famous Bondi beach is only a 10 min walk! The location is honestly so perfect for exploring Bondi and beyond. Please note there is only street parking available but always plenty on offer.

Okay onto the main event - my beautiful mini groodle Harvey who is 2 years old in September. He is a super snuggle bug who loves affection, sleeping and lazing around the house but he's active when you want him to be and loves long walks or running around with his friends at the nearby dog park (Barracluf Park which is less than 10 mins by foot so really convenient)! It's a wonderful dog community down there and I take him daily for his big runs and he has a great call reaction so you never need to worry about him running off. He is easy to care for, very sweet by natured, loves other dogs so open to bringing your fur baby along for the stay and a pleasure to be around - always very popular with anyone who meets him.
