About this house sitting position in Bondi Beach

Located in Bondi, this 3 level, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home offers a beachside lifestyle. The house features a unique layout with 2 mature, independent flatmates residing primarily on the top 2 levels (they each have their own bedroom with ensuite bathroom) and a kitchenette area with washing machine. They are quiet, respectful, and fully self-sufficient. They may occasionally come downstairs to use some kitchen facilities and the dryer.
The downstairs level includes full kitchen and living space which opens directly into the backyard plus laundry, bedroom and ensuite bathroom and extra WC. You will live downstairs and, depending on the time I'm away, you will either use the downstairs bedroom or the spare bedroom upstairs which also has an ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of space for privacy and comfort.
The Pets
Your primary responsibility will be caring for 3 very loved animals who spend most of their time downstairs. They go upstairs as well.
• 1 Dog: Needs daily walks, feeding, and plenty of companionship.
• 2 Cats: Require feeding, litter box maintenance, and their fair share of attention. The cats are indoor/outdoor during the day and the cat door auto locks in the evening.
Sitter Requirements
• Pet Care: Experience with both dogs and cats. Proven reliability with feeding schedules and daily exercise is essential.
• House Maintenance: Keep the downstairs indoor/outdoor area tidy and clean.
