Located in Bondi, this 3 level, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home offers a beachside lifestyle. The home features a unique layout shared with 2 mature, independent, and respectful flatmates:
* Your space (downstairs): You will primarily live on the ground level, which features a bedroom with ensuite, WC, full kitchen, laundry, and powder room and living space opening directly onto the backyard. Depending on exact dates, your bedroom will either be the downstairs bedroom or the spare upstairs bedroom, both have ensuites.
* Upstairs flatmates: The two flatmates reside on the top 2 levels (each with their own bedroom and ensuite) and have their own kitchenette and washing machine. They are fully self-sufficient and busy with work, but will occasionally come downstairs to use the main kitchen facilities and clothes dryer.
There is plenty of space for privacy and comfort.

Pet Care Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be caring for 3 very loved animals. While they go upstairs, they spend most of their time downstairs with you:
• 1 Dog: Requires daily walks, feeding, and plenty of companionship.
• 2 Cats: Require feeding, daily litter box maintenance, and affection. They are indoor/outdoor during the day and their cat door automatically locks in the evening.

Sitter Requirements
• Pet Care: Experience with both dogs and cats. Proven reliability with feeding schedules and daily exercise is essential.
• Property Care: Keep the downstairs indoor/outdoor areas clean and tidy, water the plants, maintain the garden area, and put bins in/out on collection days.
• Communication: Maintain open, respectful communication with the upstairs flatmates who are busy with their work life schedule.
• Respectful Living: Ideal for a clean, quiet, and trustworthy sitter who enjoys a shared household dynamic while managing a private space.
