About this house sitting position in Bonogin

We are currently mid way through renovating outside getting a deck and pool built. so we may have builders coming for 1 or 2 days during the sit. The builder is a close friend of ours.

We have a 3 bed home on a 1 acre block. Home gym which you are more than welcome to utilise. We have a 4yo Ragdoll cat (Luna) and a 6yo Kelpie (Ranger). Ranger sleeps inside at night, but Luna will usually mix between inside and outside during the day or night. Both are toilet trained and well behaved. Ranger doesn’t require a walk as he has our block to roam and play. He loves chasing a ball though. Not much house work required, more so to look after our pets and keeping an eye on the house so it's occupied. No gardening work required.

Bonogin the suburb we live in is like living in the country, with big acreage blocks yet only 10-15mins from shops and major shopping centres like the Robina Town Centre. The local shops are in Mudgeeraba which is 10mins drive away and has all the shops, restaurants. Cafes and medial services you would ever need.

We have very close and friendly neighbours who will help out with anything when we are away especially if you can't get in touch with us at short notice.

We understand you may have friends or family in the area, but due to previous housesits where trust was broken, we have decided to not allow anyone else onto our property apart from the registered housesitters we meet. Letting strangers into your home requires a lot of trust and unfortunately that has been broken.
