About this house sitting position in Bootawa

HOUSESIT NEAR WINGHAM ON ACREAGE.

My husband and I require a tidy non-smoking, cat-loving housesitter/s while we are away for approx 5 weeks March/April.

ANIMALS:
We have a cat. Tyrion, who is a shy boy and very low maintenance. Tyrion spends most of his time indoors and he is very easy to get along with. We also have a tropical fish tank which is super easy.

HOUSE and GARDEN:
Our house is very comfortable and I'm a bit of a clean freak so we would like a tidy non-smoking person/couple.
We are on 12 acres, and the house has plenty of living space, air con, a fireplace, NBN wifi and Plex streaming with plenty of movies/series on offer. We have a lovely large deck with BBQ that overlooks our ppty and views across to the Great Dividing Range. We have most mod-cons and plenty of space to park vehicles. Please note that we are on 250mtres of dirt road and we also use tank water.
We have a lovely garden (mostly natives) and vegie patch which may require watering. We have a variety of native birds that visit daily and koalas are a regular sight if you know where to look. (We live on a significant koala corridor.)

LOCATION:
We are well located and a 20 minute drive to Wingham, 15 mins to Taree, and about 35 mins to Forster.
Wingham is a quaint heritage town and has several good cafes, a gym, a bakery, a lovely library, some boutique clothing shops, as well as 3 Op Shops. Wingham also has a recently upgraded Coles for all your supermarket needs. We are a really great base if you'd like to explore the beautiful Barrington Coast from the mountains to the beaches.
