About this house sitting position in Boronia

*** Will pay daily for Vet / Nurse or Vet Student ***

Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with a large fenced yard and big sun drenched deck, covered carport and low maintenance garden located in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. It is close to Knox Westfield Shopping Centre and has lovely bike / walking tracks nearby.


The home has ducted gas heating, an air conditioning unit, Wifi and many streaming services.


The following things need to be cared for in our absence:

- Looking after our 2 much loved cats. Cat 1: Maia is an 11 year old female Bengal, who is shy but very clever and will warm up to those “worthy”. She requires daily medication so please only apply if you have experience. Cat 2: Hank is a 7 year old male short hair, who loves absolutely everybody and will sit on your lap and not leave your side. They are both strictly indoor cats but can, and like to spend some time outside on nice days, only when fully monitored. They must never be outside alone!
- Watering plants around the house.
- Taking the bins out.
- Collecting mail.
- Leaving the property as we left it (we are very clean and tidy people!)


No Smoking inside the house. But you can smoke on the deck or outside if you must. 


Our preference is someone who is mostly home throughout the day and night as our cats are used to us both working from home and having a lot of attention. You will have your own bedroom, wardrobe, bathroom, and working desk.
