Large 4 bed home on 5 acres in a quiet setting.
Guest bedroom with king bed, desk, vanity unit, built in wardrobe. Room Includes an alcove with bench tops, cupboard and drawers for crockery, cutlery, etc. Microwave and fridge.
Close to the bedroom is a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet. Good sized laundry with dryer, washing machine, bench and cupboards.
Large open plan living area including a modern well-equipped kitchen.
Large verandah with pull down blinds for sun protection.
Our dogs (Toby 11, Susie 2) live outside. They are given meals twice a day and treats as desired. They do not require regular medication. They love lots of attention, treats and walks on our property.
Only watering of a few pot plants and hanging baskets will be required as other people attend to general maintenance of the property.
