About this house sitting position in Boyne Island

We have a beautiful, brand new 4 bed, 2 bath house right on the river in boyne Island. Pool, beautiful views, huge kitchen, 2 living spaces. Jetty / pontoon. We have a 1 year old standard poodle we need looked after. He is a timid at first but usually warms up pretty quickly. He doesn't need too much just someone to be around most the time and to throw the ball or take him for a walk once a day. Aircon and fast wifi. We do have an air bnb and dog grooming business on the property but neither are close to the house. We would prefer someone who can mow the lawns a couple times if needed on the ride on and take care of the pool. (Just around the house and air bnb, not the full 10 acres) If your interested, someone who can clean our very small air bnb between guest would be great (paid job). We do have a regular cleaner but we often get last minute bookings, so its always handy to have someone around to do it. This is not a requirement, just a potential option for some cash and would help us out.
