About this house sitting position in Bracken Ridge

We have a high set 3 bedroom house upstairs. 1 king single bed room available for use by the sitter upstairs, only suitable for a single sitter. Toilet, bath, kitchen and dining area is upstairs with a patio and very brand new BBQ. There is internal stairs to one double bed studio room downstairs, with 3 sitter lounge chair and a single recliner chair, desk, wardrove and a big TV and fridge, suitable for a couple but not available to let out to a sitter at this stage unless I can't find a single sitter for the upstairs single room, irrespective this room can be used by sitter just for watching TV etc by the single room sitter as it has a bigger TV screen. (Only if we cant find a single sittet then we will make this room avaiable for a couple).The laundry also is down stairs. There is another outdoor patio downstsirs as well from the studio room. Thete is a massive backyard with flower and vegie gardens, fruit trees and herb gardens and also a flower gardens and herb gardens in the front as well.

We have a beautiful Maltese X Toy Poodle pure white dog and 2 beautiful birds, budgies that we need looking after.
